Q: How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 2 weeks before your desired shoot date. This gives us time to plan your shot list, create a mood board, choose the perfect location, and make sure every detail feels just right.

Q: How does the booking process work?
First, you'll choose your session and submit your request. I'll confirm your booking via email, and we'll start planning right away. Together, we'll decide on your date, location, and creative direction.
Q: What happens after I book?

- Shoot day arrives - we capture your brand story
- Your edited gallery is delivered in 7-10 business days.
Q: What if I don't know where to shoot?
No problem! I'll send you location suggestions that match your brand's personality - whether that's coy and indoors, modern and urban, or outdoors with natural light.
Q: I’m nervous about being in front of the camera. How do you help me feel comfortable and look natural?
You’re definitely not alone. That’s super common, and totally okay! My job is to make the whole experience feel relaxed, easy, and even fun. Before we get started, we’ll chat about your brand, your style, and what makes you feel confident. On the day of the shoot, I’ll gently guide you through natural, simple poses and keep things light and encouraging the whole way through. You don’t need any modeling experience. Just come as you are, and I’ll take care of the rest.
Q: What should I wear to my branding session?
Your outfit choice is a key part of your brand story! I recommend choosing clothes that make you feel confident and represent your business’s personality. Solid colors or simple patterns usually work best on camera. Avoid overly busy prints or large logos unless they’re part of your branding.
Q: Can I bring outfit changes?
Absolutely. Even a quick change of a jacket or accessories can give your gallery more variety. We'll talk about how to plan your outfits during your prep call.
Q: Can I include props or bring someone with me?
Absolutely! Props that highlight your business - like tools of your trade, products, or meaningful items - can add storytelling depth to your images. You’re also welcome to bring a friend, colleague, or business partner for support or to be part of the shoot. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Q: Do I get to use the photos anywhere I want?
Yes! All sessions include full commercial usage rights. - Meaning you can use your images for your website, social media, marketing materials, print, and more without extra fees.
Q: How will I get my photos?
You'll receive an online gallery where you can download your images in both high-resolution and web-ready sizes.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give me at least 48 hours notice. I’m happy to work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, there may be a cancellation fee—details are in the booking agreement.
